I’m going to try and convince you that diet and typical exercising is overrated when it comes to weight loss.
Sure, they are important. I’m not advocating you eat like a pig or not exercise at all, but a lot of people eat really well and exercise a bunch and still don’t lose weight.
So what’s the problem.
In a word… HORMONES!
Your hormones aren’t doing their job. Due to a long list of things in our food supply and environment, our hormones are really messed up and unbalanced.
But there’s a way to stimulate your hormones into being balanced again. A simple way.
That way is spinning around like children. You know… in a circle with your arms out. Yeah, it may seem ridiculous, but this motion stimulates your Endocrine System into working it’s “magic” with your hormones.
Here’s a simple outline to get the most out of spinning.
1. Spin clockwise.
2. Spin around 5-15 times (depending on your level of dizziness).
3. Spin only until you are slightly dizzy.
You MUST follow those 3 rules. It will take you a few times to realize how many spins is right for you. Don’t get too worried about that. I suggest you start off on the low side of 5 spins just to be safe.
It’s a powerful exercise. Just because it’s easy and unusual (for weight loss) doesn’t mean you can go crazy with spinning. This exercise doesn’t need to burn calories because it goes down to a much deep level in weight loss… hormone-induced weight loss.
One last piece of advice. You will need to do at least 5 sets of spins everyday to get the best weight loss effect from them. So if you’re feeling adventurous, try this exercise for weight loss and see what it can do for you.
