I was watching a video to and the guy who says not to makes more sence because bench press will push them up
i was watching a different work out video for the chest and he said to stay away from the bench press but this guy is saying to use it. Which one is true? Please someone respond

I do HIIT cardio, it burns good amounts of fat I use to have chubby cheats and huge manboobs they are shrinking and my face is more firm. Get yourself a good jump rope
