not against guys like sammy though, who go nuts with a wide range of hands. this isn’t $25 NL, and patrik made an outstanding play in this case. He plays with Sammy a lot and I don’t think Patrik Antonius is the type to carelessly throw half a mil into the pot. I think an ordinary player you would say it was a weird play but based on Patrik’s knowing Sammy and being one of the best players in the world, you have to admit that in that situation, he played he the hand perfectly.

I’d add that unlike Hellmuth, Doyle is a master at tournaments AND cash games. He’s still considered to be one of the top 5-10 players in the world by all the top pros. Doyle Brunson is a legend. He “wrote the book” on Texas Holdem because he was GOOD enough to do it. He has the reputation because of his play.
And who cares about his internet poker site? It’s not like he wrote the computer code for it or whatever. He’s an outstanding poker player, and you, SpiritualShow, are an idiot.
