I&#8217;m not advocating you eat like a pig or not exercise at all, but a lot of people eat really well and exercise a bunch and still don&#8217;t lose weight.<br/><br/>So what&#8217;s the problem.<br/><br/>In a word&#8230; HORMONES!<br/><br/>Your hormones aren&#8217;t doing their job. Due to a long list of things in our food supply and environment, our hormones are really messed up and unbalanced.<br/><br/>But there&#8217;s a way to stimulate your hormones into being balanced again. A simple way.<br/><br/>That way is spinning around like children. You know&#8230; in a circle with your arms out. Yeah, it may seem ridiculous, but this motion stimulates your Endocrine System into working it&#8217;s &#8220;magic&#8221; with your hormones.<br/><br/>Here&#8217;s a simple outline to get the most out of spinning.<br/><br/>1. Spin clockwise.<br/><br/>2. Spin around 5-15 times (depending on your level of dizziness).<br/><br/>3. Spin only until you are slightly dizzy.<br/><br/>You MUST follow those 3 rules. It will take you a few times to realize how many spins is right for you. Don&#8217;t get too worried about that. I suggest you start off on the low side of 5 spins just to be safe.<br/><br/>It&#8217;s a powerful exercise. Just because it&#8217;s easy and unusual (for weight loss) doesn&#8217;t mean you can go crazy with spinning. This exercise doesn&#8217;t need to burn calories because it goes down to a much deep level in weight loss&#8230; hormone-induced weight loss.<br/><br/>One last piece of advice. You will need to do at least 5 sets of spins everyday to get the best weight loss effect from them.
